Steve Corbett (Chairman)
Steve, a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, is the founding CEO of ecentre, Massey University’s business development centre.
Steve has acted as a Board member for a number of organisations/companies such as the NZ Venture Capital Association (2 terms). He has been a Board Member of the New Zealand Software Association for the past seven years and is currently a Board Director for a number of technology companies.
Prior to taking the CEO role at ecentre, Steve was a Partner with Deloitte NZ and Deloitte Consulting for 13 years, specialising in business advisory. Steve gained a range of experience in the manufacturing/services sector-focusing in business and supply chain process improvement initiatives, transfer pricing and knowledge management.

Kevin McCaffrey
Kevin has considerable experience in senior management and consulting within New Zealand and across the Asia Pacific region.
Kevin led the consultancy practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in Strategy Development, Governance Reviews and Change Management; for the private sector, public sector and not for profit organisations. He managed the NZ Directors Fees Survey for over 15 years and established Effective Governance NZ in 2006.
His areas of expertise include:

• Developing board reporting to link strategy to
organisational performance.
