WORK

TRADEME

Being such a dominant player in the market Trade Me often have to create their own observations around online shopping behaviour. Perceptive were chosen, to understand these behaviours and identify their drivers, and detractors.

Perceptive work with Bunnings to help them understand their brand health on an annual basis. Alongside this we also measure their price competitiveness through mystery shopping. So if you find a better price "they will beat it by 15%". Enough said.
