We’re excited to announce that Clemenger’s Graduate Programme will include Perceptive in 2020.
Over the course of nine months, ten university graduates will rotate through Clemenger agencies—including Perceptive—to get a taste of each agency’s specialties. From brand advertising, CRM/direct, media, digital, content and social media to public relations, experiential, shopper marketing, promotional marketing, brand consultancy, and retail advertising.
After the agency rotation, graduates will return to the agency that selected them for a six-month placement.

About the programme
Started in 2019, the Clemenger Graduate programme was born out of recognition that the marketing and advertising industry could, and should, do more to find and train the next generation of creative minds.
“Our new graduate programme is arming some outstanding young hopefuls with invaluable industry skills and experience,” says Jim Gall, Chief Executive Officer of Clemenger Group. “But more than that, our ambition is to inspire them and excite them about a career in advertising and marketing, showing how their work shapes popular culture and, at its best, can lead to positive behaviour change.”
With it being Perceptive's first time involved with the programme, we're excited to see what our 2020 graduates will bring to the table.
